What payment methods do you accept?
PallyMALL offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discoverand American Express cards. We also take PayPal, ApplePay and store credit via PallyMALL E-Gift Cards.
How can I track my package?
Please use our tracking page for quick information. In your shipping confirmation email, you'll receive a tracking number for your order. You can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door. You can also visit USPS.com to enter the tracking number.
My purchase is over £30.. why hasn't the shipping charge been waived?
Free shipping for orders over £30 (subtotal) applies to U.K. shipments only (when using standard delivery) when the total of the order less any discount applied is equal to or greater than £30.
What if my credit card is declined?
If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from PallyMAll within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE.
** Note on holiday season, shipping time is expected to be delayed 2-4 working days. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.**
How long will it take to receive my orders?
Standard International Shipping: Your order will be shipped to your door in approx. 7-21 Days. There are no hidden charges. If the package is not been delivered within this specified time, feel free to contact our customer support team for an update.
(Note: The shipping time does not include the processing time.) Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately.
How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?
Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution centre, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or EMS) has picked up your package from our distribution centre. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.
We know how important your order is! If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
